      Are you suggesting that I am wrong in saying that the holiday season is the best time to start a fitness routine? Haven’t you ever heard the saying “No better time than the present?” If you can fit a few minutes of exercise into your life when you are very busy, just imagine what you can do when you have some free time. In that I can say that I am not wrong.
