Indoor Cycling

As fall approaches, we have less daylight and fewer “good weather” days to ride our bikes.  Roads become more and more dangerous as they are covered with wet leaves.  Don’t let this season’s hard work go to waste.  Our indoor cycling classes allow you to maintain you fitness while riding your own bike.  Experience drills that are focused on improving cadence, hill climbing, sprinting, group riding tactics and overall fitness.  When the wheels stop turning, hop off the bike and finish the workout by exercising your arms and core muscles.  This is a class that you won’t want to miss.
