Boot Camp

“No Gym Required” Boot Camp.  We are back in the Great Outdoors!

Take your fitness experience to the next level with this fun, challenging and unique exercise class.  Our boot camp format is appropriate for all ages and ability levels,IMG_0976 which means you can do it!  This class combines strength training, metabolic conditioning, balance and agility with sports skills and drills. We keep it exciting, and you will never do the same class twice.  If you enjoy having fun, meeting great people and challenging your body, then this is the class for you and your friends.  All you need is a towel and a bottle of water for each class.

Classes are currently held in Trumbull.

Mondays and Wednesdays  at 6:00 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays at 9:30 a.m. Starting Wednesday, September 8th Wednesdays at 12:30 p.m. are now available.

All Trumbull classes are held on the “Big Lawn” at Twin Brooks Park off of Brock Street and White Plains Road.
