Chris started his career working at local health clubs where he served as a personal trainer, conducted fitness assessments, designed exercise programs and taught people how to get the most out of their memberships. He has also served as a personal trainer and director of training at a small, one-on-one training studio in Stamford, CT. For the last six years, Chris has been running his own, successful business in the health industry. He conducts group classes, semi-private sessions and one-on-one fitness sessions. He also addresses groups on various health and fitness related topics.

Chris has successfully completed many continuing education courses that certify him to work with
a wide variety of clients. He has experience working with: the visually impaired, breast cancer survivors, clients with diabetes and cardiovascular disease, individuals who have undergone knee and hip replacements, as well as mature adults and children. Chris’ passion for fitness and athletics began at a young age as he participated in organized baseball, football, basketball and hockey leagues.
